The 5-axis machining center V-500U can cut various metal materials with high machining accuracy. This model is having high-rigidity machine tool structure, and is using the world's leading high-precision CNC system. It's a vertical five-axis machining center with high precision, high speed and high rigidity, and widely used for processing complex parts such as impellers, aviation, aerospace, automotive parts, precision mold processing, medical devices, etc.
1. The main structure of the optical machine adopts a high rigidity dynamic beam gantry structure, with short distance between the main spindle and the crossbeam. The reasonable A/C axis turntable structure design layout is adopted, and the bed is made of high-quality gray cast iron material, which has the characteristics of low overall stress and deformation and strong vibration resistance;
2. Continuously optimize and improve the rigidity of the bed body structure by combining modern finite element analysis software to achieve optimal design;
3. Equipped with roller guide rails (INK/THK) to enhance the rigidity of the transmission, meantime the screw of NSK high-speed screw (with cooling) is ensuring better transmission accuracy and stability;
4. German technology supports a high rigidity torque motor turntable structure, driven by an A-axis dual torque motor, paired with a high-resolution circular grating encoder, and the turntable body is designed with reasonable cooling channels to ensure the transmission accuracy and stability of the turntable;
5. Equipped with HSK A63 high-speed motorized spindle, the maximum speed can reach to 20,000 r/min, ensuring high surface processing quality of the parts;
6. Equipped with 40T chain arm type tool library to meet the needs of multiple cutting tool for complex parts processing;
7. Equipped with high-precision Siemens SINUMERIK ONE control system, the Siemens high-precision motor and drive is effectively ensuring the stability of the overall control accuracy of the machine;
8. The operation panel integrates some self-developed functions, including secondary development operation interface, tool library management, automatic tool setting temperature control module, etc., to improve the convenience of operation;
9. Combining industrial design elements and human machine interaction (HMI), the overall appearance design of the machine is beautiful and tidy, with a reasonable layout of operating positions to improve the human-machine interaction experience.
